GateKeeperX provides event management, guest registration, QR code access control, and attendance monitoring services.

Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.

## User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords.

## Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan.

## Payments

Payments are processed securely through Paystack.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

## User Content

Users are responsible for all guest and event information they upload to GateKeeperX.

## Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

## Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

## Limitation of Liability

GateKeeperX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

## Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
